Step 5: Find the Imperial Library
1 of 9: Making sure you're following all of the Sneaking Tips, go through the door under the newly raised statue and start looking around.
2 of 9: Steal whatever you want to, then leave the guards' rooms and turn left.
3 of 9: Move along the curving corridor until you find the door to the Elder Scrolls Library area.
4 of 9: Sneak very carefully along until you find a locked door on the left that leads to the actual library area.
5 of 9: Pick the lock on the door, then turn left after you go through it.
6 of 9: Near some bars with a blind priest sitting behind them is the door you need to get through.
7 of 9: In order to open it, you'll need to get around to where the blind priest is.
8 of 9: Turn around and head all the way around the curving corridor until you come up behind the blind priest.
9 of 9: Sneak over to where you can use the big lever that's behind him and to the right, then return to the closed door, which will now be open.
