The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Namira
of 12: Namira's shrine is at location 8 on the Great Forest map.
of 12: You'll have to be at least level 5 to get this quest.
of 12: Talk to Hrolfrodi the Harrier about "Shrine of Namira" and say that you wish to worship Namira.
of 12: She'll say you're too pretty, and need to be more loathsome (more like her, in other words).
of 12: The relevant stat in this situation is Personality. It needs to be 20 or less for Hrolfrodi or the statue to accept you.
of 12: When your Personality is low enough, quickly talk to Hrolfrodi and then Namira's statue before the temporary drain effect wears off.
of 12: You'll be told to aid the "Forgotten Ones" in killing off some interfering priests in Anga, an Ayleid ruin at location 9 on the Great Forest map. (As usual, it's marked on the game's world map, but you can't fast-travel there.)
of 12: When you enter Anga, ready the special Namira's Shroud spell for casting, then start looking for torch-wielding priests.
of 12: They won't be hostile to you, and you're not to attack them in any way. Just cast the spell on each one to put out their torch so the Forgotten Ones can tear them up.
of 12: NOTE: The Forgotten Ones will cower away from your torch, too, so don't stay too close to a priest after you cast the spell on him.
of 12: When you get a journal entry saying all the priests are dead, you can return to the shrine after you're done looting the ruins.
of 12: Activate Namira's shrine again to get the Ring of Namira, which will give you constant Reflect Damage 12% and Reflect Spell 10% effects when worn.
