How often does this happen?
1 of 6: Once every eight days.
2 of 6: To find out when the next spectral light day is, travel to an altar and quicksave. Wait for 24 hours at a time until the spectral light appears, and note down the current month and day. Then quickrestore and go do other stuff until that day.
3 of 6: Or you can use the PC Cheat Codes to find out if the current day is one of the spectral light days without having to travel to one of the altars.
4 of 6: Bring up the console line and type the following command on it:
show mgnecroanchorites.halo
5 of 6: If the value you get is 0.0000, then the current day isn't a spectral light day. If you instead get 1.0000, then it is a spectral light day.
6 of 6: You could change the variable's value from 0 to 1 with the following command, thereby making the current day into a spectral light day:
