The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Where can I get glow dust?
of 8: You can get some from will-o-the-wisp creatures.
of 8: Those can be found randomly in swampy areas once you're level 9, and in mythic creature dungeons once you're level 10.
of 8: If you're on the Main Quest called "Blood of the Daedra," you'll find at least one wisp just north of Azura's shrine area.
of 8: You can steal a portion of glow dust from a table in the NW room of the living quarters section of the Bruma Mages Guild.
of 8: Or you can go to the Imperial City's Market District to buy some.
of 8: You can buy it in two shops: "The Main Ingredient" and "The Gilded Carafe."
of 8: The proprietor of the "Mystic Emporium" also has some glow dust, but you may have to pickpocket it from him or kill him for it. (Do check his shop inventory first in case it's there.)
of 8: Or you can just use the PC Cheat Codes' "player.additem" command to give yourself one, using form number 1EBE8.
