How can I use those?
1 of 6: Unlike most items, you can sneak poisoned apples into people's inventories while you're pickpocketing them.
2 of 6: So if you're a good enough sneak, steal any food items a person has in his inventory and then stick in one poisoned apple.
3 of 6: Also, grab all the food items lying around in the Living Quarters area and put down a few poisoned apples there.
4 of 6: You'll then have to leave and go do other things for awhile and check back later, since people eat on their own individual schedules.
5 of 6: You should be able to kill several of the people in the sanctuary this way, with the obvious exception of Vicente Valtieri. As a vampire, he doesn't eat apples (and there's no way to poison his blood supply).
6 of 6: However, there is a way to greatly weaken him with another item.
