Blade
1 of 4: Once you get your Blade skill to 70, talk to Sherina in Leyawiin or Rhano in Anvil about "Training" to be referred to Alix Lencolia.
2 of 4: Go to the Faregyl Inn (location 46 on the Great Forest map) and talk to Alix about training.
3 of 4: If he says that you're not well-known enough, then neither your Fame nor your Infamy stat is high enough.
4 of 4: Get either one up to 20 or more, then return to Alix for training.
