The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Conjuration
1 of 6: Once you get your Conjuration skill to 70, talk to Alberic Litte in Chorrol or Arentus Falvius in Bruma about "Training" to be referred to Olyn Seran.
2 of 6: Since Seran is a Molag Bal worshipper, you'll need to go to Molag Bal's shrine (location 36 on the Great Forest map) to find him.
3 of 6: When you talk to him about training, he'll say that you must first prove yourself by summoning a Faded Wraith.
4 of 6: Check the Spell Finding list to see where all you can buy that spell.
5 of 6: Also note that your Conjuration skill has to be at least 75 to cast it. If it's still under 75, practice it up by casting minor Conjuration spells until it gets up to 75.
6 of 6: When you can, summon a Faded Wraith while standing near Seran and then talk to him to get training.
