The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Hints
Restoration
1 of 5: Once you get your Restoration skill to 70, talk to Marz in Bravil or Ohtesse in Cheydinhal about "Training" to be referred to Oleta.
2 of 5: She works in the Kvatch chapel, so go to Kvatch to find her.
3 of 5: Unfortunately, that city was destroyed by a Daedric siege crawler before the game began, and Oleta is trapped in the chapel along with other refugees.
4 of 5: In order to get training from her, you'll have to rescue her and the other refugees on the Main Quest called "Breaking the Siege of Kvatch" (it's a subquest to "Find the Heir"), then do the optional "The Battle for Castle Kvatch" quest.
5 of 5: You'll then be able to get training from her at the Kvatch refugee camp (location 13 on the Gold Coast map).
