How can I steal the one Cinna has?
1 of 5: Either kill Cinna in her house and then deal with the 40-gold bounty, or break in sometime when she's out.
2 of 5: Pick the lock on the door to the upstairs Private Quarters area (or use the key she has on her if you killed or pickpocketed her).
3 of 5: Grab a Welkynd stone off a shelf, then find the Ayleid cask on a table in the SE corner.
4 of 5: If you have Cinna's house key, use it to open the desk in the NW corner and get the Ayleid cask key from it. Otherwise, you'll have to pick the lock on the cask.
5 of 5: The crown you're after is in the cask, so take it. (And put it on, if you want -- it has a few nice leveled magical effects on it.)
