Where can I find a filter?
1 of 2: There are several filters around the city that you can pick up -- any one of them will do here.
2 of 2: If you need a more precise location, one of them is on the ground near the steps up from the beach. Look to your left as you're coming up the stairs, and you should see a red filter there. Two more are near the building with a purple base (near the temple). Any of these filters will do.
