  • 1 of 4: First, you'll need to talk to de Killer twice.
  • 2 of 4: Once you've talked to de Killer twice, you'll need to figure out what's wrong with the radio.
  • 3 of 4: When you've finished there, you'll need to obtain permission to see Matt after hours.
  • 4 of 4: Go to the Criminal Affairs Department, and you'll receive special permission to see Matt.
