The Orange Box: Portal Hints
Camera Shy (PORTAL_DETACH_ALL_CAMERAS)
1 of 5: For this achievement, you must destroy all of the security cameras that are destroyable.
2 of 5: There's a total of 33 destroyable cameras scattered throughout the game's eleven chapters.
3 of 5: You destroy a camera by firing a portal straight at it after creating a portal of the other type somewhere else. When you do it right, the camera will fall, and the computer voice will chide you for destroying "vital testing apparatus."
4 of 5: Some cameras aren't destroyable because you don't have the portal gun yet, or the cameras are affixed to a metal wall or ceiling. Just ignore them, since they aren't related to this achievement.
5 of 5: Many cameras are easy to miss, so see the by-chapter hints below for all 33 of the camera locations. Links to the main chapter hints are included in case you need to refer to them. Also, running totals in brackets [] are put on the end of each hint that mentions a new camera.
