The Underwater Bridges

  • 1 of 15: The area at the back of the temple has numerous pathways.  3 of the pathways lead to underwater bridges.
  • 2 of 15: There are also machines next to 2 of the bridges.
  • 3 of 15: The machines operate the bridges.
  • 4 of 15: Unfortunately none of the machines are in proper working condition.
  • 5 of 15: Machine 2 (refer to the map) only needs minimal repair work.
  • 6 of 15: By examining it, you notice that the crank handle is missing.
  • 7 of 15: Machine 1 has a crank handle that can be removed and used to repair machine 2.
  • 8 of 15: You don't seriously expect the alchemist to help, do you?
  • 9 of 15: Have you moved the large rock?
  • 10 of 15: Beyond the large rock you will find yet another machine.
  • 11 of 15: Examine it carefully -- there's a part that can be removed.
  • 12 of 15: It's one of the gear levers.
  • 13 of 15: You will now be able to complete the repairs to machine 2.
  • 14 of 15: The correct place to insert the gear lever is found by examining a spot just to the right of the newly attached crank handle.
  • 15 of 15: The bridge can now be raised by turning the crank handle.
