How do I stop the water from flowing in this one room on the east side?

  • 1 of 6: Notice that there are two rooms up there, both with pipes in the back wall, but only one of them is full of water.
  • 2 of 6: You need to find the controls for this pipe system.
  • 3 of 6: Look in nearby buildings.
  • 4 of 6: Head up a short ways north and check out the square building. (Note that you'll have to go back through the Four Way Tower and around south to be able to move north from the brick building.)
  • 5 of 6: In particular, look at the big lever that's on a panel near a huge chunk of pipe inside the square building.
  • 6 of 6: Once that lever is pulled, the flow of water will shift from the left room to the right room. Return to the east side of the brick building to verify that.
