Why doesn't the elevator west of the tower work?

  • 1 of 7: Did you enter it and press its green button?
  • 2 of 7: Did you close the door first?
  • 3 of 7: Did you turn the power on?
  • 4 of 7: The hardest of those to answer "yes" to is the last one.
  • 5 of 7: If you trace the power line that leads to the elevator back to its source, you'll find that it goes into the generator complex.
  • 6 of 7: To turn the power on, go to the generator complex and investigate the building marked "II".
  • 7 of 7: Once the power is on, enter the elevator, close its door, and press its button to be elevated to an upper floor of the Four Way Tower.
