How do I get down the ladder into water in the NW brick building?

  • 1 of 4: As usual with this hydrophobic character you're controlling, you'll have to drain the water before he'll go down the ladder.
  • 2 of 4: You need to find the nearby water pump lever and pull it.
  • 3 of 4: Now go back to the ladder you were at and climb down it to find an interesting diagram.
