Radio Complex Walkthrough
1 of 3: Enter the building at the west end of the complex and go through the door that's opened by the red button. Wind around until you find the big blue panel with the four zeroes on it. Set the numbers to read 8829 top-to-bottom, then press the button above the numbers. You'll see a bridge sliding over.
2 of 3: Now go open the door with the "I" next to it. This is where the wedge symbol notes you made earlier are going to help out. Translate them into numbers using the following graphic, then enter those numbers into the "I" door's number pad.
3 of 3: Press the big "I" button to open the door, then go through to find that the bridge you just moved now gives access to the letter fragment's case. Grab the fragment, then return to the bridge-moving panel and hit its button again. That'll put the bridge back to where you can use it to exit the building and then the complex.
