The elevator doesn't work no matter what I do!

1 of 6: Have you tried all the buttons next to its various doors?
2 of 6: If so, there may be a power problem involved.
3 of 6: Notice that a power line leads away from the elevator tower.
4 of 6: If you trace it, you'll end up way down south in the generator complex.
5 of 6:
To get the elevator tower powered, you'll need to investigate the "II" building and get it running again.
- How do I get power up to 100% in the "II" building?
6 of 6: After that's done, all of the buttons should work (except for the door-opening buttons when the elevator isn't at that door).
