Rhem 2 Hints
How do I get behind the blue doors in the cave area?
of 10: There are two blue doors in the eastern part behind the rotating walkway.
of 10: Next to the doors are code panels with wires leading away from them.
of 10: Follow these wires to some rectangles with pegs on it. (5 rectangles per panel, to be exact.)
of 10: One of these rectangles has a 3 hanging from it, and the holes on the 3 match the pegs on the rectangle.
of 10: So these pegs correspond to numbers. Have you seen numbers with holes in them anywhere else?
of 10: The chest with the three symbol locks at the northern part of the rotating walkway is filled with digits. Look at each one and turn them around to see the holes.
of 10: Since 2 and 8 have identical pegs, you have to test four codes on the eastern panel, but you can reduce it to two by guessing that with 10 digits and 10 rectangles no digit should be used twice.
of 10: After you find out the numbers for the pegs, you have to enter them in the code panel in the right order. Follow the wires to see which digit belongs in which position in the code.
of 10: Both door codes come with the next hint, so stop reading now if you want to figure them out on your own.
of 10: The codes for the two doors are 38296 for the eastern door and 71450 for the western door.
