1 of 3: The image is on the northern path of the rotating hallway (How do I operate the rotating walkway?). It's on the opposite wall from the gwalimwessu safe.
2 of 3: The raiser for this image is on the eastern part of the rotating walkway directly next to the rotating tube.
3 of 3: If the window's shutter is closed, you forgot to press the button next to the front side of the image.
