Metal to strike the flint

  • 1 of 7: There are several pieces of metal on which to strike the flint.
  • 2 of 7: If you have already created a knife, you can use that to strike the flint.  If you do not yet have a knife, you can use either of two pieces of metal that can be found on the beach.
  • 3 of 7: There is a large piece of metal that can be found on the skeleton of the boat that is buried in the sand near the large stone archway.
  • 4 of 7: You can also find another piece of metal in the form of a small plaque that must have once been part of the boat, or some other remnant from a previous inhabitant of the island.
  • 5 of 7: Head up the pathway that leads between the two cliff faces.
  • 6 of 7: Look to the left, to find a large round stone on the ground, across from the acacia bush..
  • 7 of 7: The metal plaque is on the ground next to the large round stone
