How can Mina get past the guardian robots patrolling the island?

  • 1 of 14: There are at least six other guardian robots that have been put on the alert by Mina's disturbance.  It is not necessary to eliminate all of them.  But some will need to be eliminated before Mina can complete her task, and leave the island.
  • 2 of 14: Once again, there are several ways to get rid of the robots.  Some are very straightforward; others are quite creative -- and imaginative, as well.  The clues in this file will address the former -- simply to provide a way to progress with the game.
  • 3 of 14: The simplest way to either eliminate or disable the robots is the direct one...
  • 4 of 14: ... destroy them.
  • 5 of 14: If Mina isn't careful, they're going to shoot her.  (Thankfully, when that happens, the game will resume at the point just before Mina's demise, so you can try again.)
  • 6 of 14: So it is only fair that she have the chance to shoot back.
  • 7 of 14: The simplest -- and quickest -- way for Mina to destroy any of the robots is to shoot them.
  • 8 of 14: But it won't take a cannon any longer.
  • 9 of 14: Use the gun with any of the robots.
  • 10 of 14: You'll need to be close enough so that the firearm is "active".
  • 11 of 14: Click the firearm on a robot to get a set of cross-hairs on the screen.  Use the cross-hairs to aim, and click to shoot.
  • 12 of 14: It may take a bit of practice, but you'll get the hang of it.
  • 13 of 14: You can also try your luck with a bow and arrow.
  • 14 of 14: Similar to the gun, click on the robot (with the weapon "in hand"), and sight using the cross-hairs.  Click to shoot.
