Where do I get a gun, and everything needed to load it?
1 of 11: Surely the men who lived on Lincoln Island previously need to defend themselves from time to time.
2 of 11: The best place to search for a weapon is in their fortress, Granite House.
3 of 11: Look around the main room...
4 of 11: ... particularly near the back cavern, on the floor.
5 of 11: You'll also need some shot. Since you don't have pre-molded shot, you'll need to make do.
6 of 11: Search the shelves in Granite House for something that can substitute.
7 of 11: You can make a "shrapnel gun" by loading it with iron filings instead of shot.
8 of 11: You can find some iron filings on one of the shelves in the back room of Granite House.
9 of 11: Look near where you picked up the hammer and nails.
10 of 11: The only other thing you'll need is gunpowder.
11 of 11: Combine all of the elements -- gun, iron filings, and gunpowder -- in the combining tray in inventory, and you've got a loaded gun, ready to go.
