How do I use Mina's cleverness?
1 of 19: The riddle refers to a "weapon". Where are there weapons in the room?
2 of 19: Look along the right-hand wall, just beside the robot, to find a number of weapons of all ages.
3 of 19: Now apply the rest of the clue -- "Of all those I see, it is the newest..."
4 of 19: But how to determine the age of each?
5 of 19: Mina indicates that there is a date on a plaque beneath each, but it is illegible from where she is standing.
6 of 19: She cannot get close to the wall, because of the guardian robot.
7 of 19: So how could she find out what each plaque says?
8 of 19: Ever-present helper Jep to the rescue!
9 of 19: Send Jep over to read the plaques...
10 of 19: ... except that a) Jep can't read, and b) he can't tell Mina what he found, even if he could read.
11 of 19: So how can Jep retrieve the information and bring it back for Mina to read?
12 of 19: Let's see if we can use a little bit of "spy cleverness" here.
13 of 19: What can we give Jep that would help him in this task?
14 of 19: Not a pencil and paper, obviously...
