How do I confirm my identify to the robot?
1 of 15: This is one of two optional puzzles, either of which will result in completing the game successfully.
2 of 15: It is not possible to solve both "final puzzles"; completing either one will go directly to the "end game".
3 of 15: You can either solve the organ puzzle, or solve this puzzle. Continue reading for hints on this puzzle.
4 of 15: Save your game before entering into a dialogue with the robot about your identify.
5 of 15: Before entering into this particular dialogue, you may wish to take some time to explore the Captain's Quarters.
6 of 15: Look at all objects in the room. Read everything that you can. Look at all pictures. Make notes where you can.
7 of 15: In this puzzle, the robot is programmed to confirm your identify by posing a series of riddles -- riddles that only Captain Nemo could answer.
8 of 15: The answers to all of the riddles can be found within these Quarters.
9 of 15: The answers are not necessarily in written form. Intuitiveness will help with your responses.
10 of 15: When you are ready to answer the riddle, click on the item that you believe to be the correct answer.
11 of 15: You are allowed only one wrong answer. If you answer two riddles incorrectly, the robot will kill you.
12 of 15: The riddles are posed in random order from game to game (although if you play from a saved game each time, they will be the same riddles).
13 of 15: Once you have provided a correct answer, make note of it. That way, when (not if) you are killed, you can restart at your saved game, and quickly answer riddles to which you already know the answer.
14 of 15: In between riddles, you may roam around the room freely. If you need to hear a riddle again, click on the guardian robot.
15 of 15: The robot will select riddles from a list of 22 riddles to which it knows the answer, to help it identify that you are Captain Nemo. Once you have answered 7 questions correctly, you will be accepted as the Captain, and the game will proceed to its end. The following links provide answers to all of the robot's riddles.
