How do I get into the cell in the Sheriff's office?

1 of 6: The easiest way to get in would be to find a key.
2 of 6: Ask Sushi all about the guy in the cell. She'll tell you that the town sheriff was the last man to have the key, and he supposedly fell into the train boiler and died.
3 of 6: If Sushi's legend is true, the key may well still be inside the boiler!
4 of 6:
You need to get the boiler running on the train.
- How do I get the train going?
5 of 6: As luck would have it, the boiler spits out the old key.
6 of 6: Take the key, and use it on the lock.
