2 of 4: This is a driving game, and not a hard one. All you need to do is hit the required number of Torture Me Elmers in the required time.
3 of 4: Just drive like mad all over the road and pick those nasty little things off. There's no penalty for hitting anything else, so you don't need to be too careful. All the same, you might want to avoid the ramps; they send you flying, and you'll miss a couple of Elmers while you're in the air.
4 of 4: When you get back to the garage, go over to your car, and there's the horseman sitting right there! Snag it and go.
