1 of 4: In case it's not clear, what's going on here is that the power of the Toy Box has given Sammun Mak absolute control over reality, which he has remade to suit himself. New York is now an Egyptoid city full of devoted Sammun Mak worshippers, and that includes Skunkape, Papierwaite, and even Sam. Max is immune to the effect, but he's just a brain. What can he do?
