The Secrets of Atlantis Hints

Exactly where do I need to put the jump leads?

  • 1 of 12: There are eight jump leads and four working elevators, so it's clear that you need to put two jump leads in each elevator's column. But in which slots should each one go?
  • 2 of 12: This is where one of the items you had to obtain earlier to get the control cabinet open comes in handy.
  • 3 of 12: The control board has a bunch of floor numbers in each elevator's column, so ...
  • 4 of 12: ... use the list of floor numbers you got from the overheard thug conversation.
  • 5 of 12: They're written on a page in your inventory that you can right-click on if you need to be reminded what the numbers are.
  • 6 of 12: Try putting the jump leads into the slots with those numbers on them.
  • 7 of 12: The first two numbers are -2 and 8, so put jump leads into the -2 and 8 rows in elevator #1's column.
  • 8 of 12: If you use the next two numbers (13 and 7) in elevator #2's column, you can see that you're going to run out of numbers too quickly.
  • 9 of 12: But what if the first number for each elevator (except #1) is the same as the last number for the previous elevator? That would spread the numbers out so that there would be enough to go around.
  • 10 of 12: For elevator #2, put a jump lead in slots 8 and 13.
  • 11 of 12: Then for #3, put jump leads into slots 13 and 7.
  • 12 of 12: Finally, for elevator #4, put jump leads into slots 7 and 14.
