What all do I need to do on the penthouse's upstairs floor?
1 of 4: Watch out for the infrared camera, for one thing.
2 of 4: In the room being swept by the camera is a table with a computer on it. After OCP-ing the camera, you can head across and use the computer (though it doesn't do you any good unless you still have "Obtain the missing transaction records" as an unfulfilled objective).
3 of 4: To find a more useful computer, go through the doorway to the left of the wall the camera is on, then head left to find a door that leads down a narrow corridor to a scuzzy little room.
4 of 4: Using the computer there will fulfill the primary objective of finding out who and where Dvorak is. You can also get the door code to his room by clicking on the one file that's on that computer.
