Where do I go after I finish with the computer?
1 of 4: Search the tower room for a cloth-covered doorway.
2 of 4: Go through it, then cautiously go outside to find two guards standing nearby and talking.
3 of 4: You don't have to do anything to them or to the tech guy who's working in a small room down lower -- just sneak on down the stairs and follow the winding path to the lighthouse. (One of the guards may detect some movement, but just keep going and you'll be all right.)
4 of 4: ALTERNATIVE: When you come to the small room that the tech guy is working in, wait until he's finished cutting away the obstruction and shoot him with some nonlethal projectile. Then head out through the hole he opened up and jump up to grab the two wires -- that'll let you slide on down to the lighthouse.
