Scratches Hints

Who is the "victimizer", and what would the object be?

  • 1 of 6: The "victimizer", in this case, is described in James Blackwood's notes as being "feline", and having "claws".
  • 2 of 6: Where, in your explorations within the game, have you encountered anything that might be a) feline, b) claw-like, and c) "organic"?
  • 3 of 6: Most of the items that represent James' experience with the African tribe, and the source of the curse, can be found in the gallery.  Look carefully around the gallery for something that meets the above requirements.
  • 4 of 6: To the left of the door (when standing in the gallery and facing the door) is a bust containing an African necklace.
  • 5 of 6: Michael comments that the item on the necklace appears to be a lion's claw.
  • 6 of 6: Lion = "feline"; claw = "organic."  Take the claw from the necklace (by clicking on it), and you now have an organic representation of the "victimizer".
