1 of 12: This ties into the Chinese guy here. Do you know of any Chinese means of giving little predictions?
2 of 12: Perhaps baked into a tasty dessert biscuit?
3 of 12: There is a bowl of fortune cookies on the side of the car there. Grab one, and eat it, and see what the fortune says.
4 of 12: Hmm, that's not exactly ideal.
5 of 12: Keep doing this, twice more in fact, and the third fortune you find will read as follows:
6 of 12: "If you ignore the warning and disregard your neighbor's misfortune, disaster will strike you also."
7 of 12: Sounds pretty perfect, eh? The NEIGHBOR car has had some misfortune (the rockfall), and the surveyor's already IGNORED your WARNING. Nice. :)
8 of 12: Now, we need a way to make him believe that he'd found this fortune inside his own cookie.
9 of 12: If only there were a Chinese chef nearby who could bake this fortune into another cookie!
