The Testament of Sherlock Holmes Hints
Where can I find a copy of the Greek alphabet in-game?
of 12: Check the classroom. Maybe Mrs. Beckett has been teaching Greek to the kids. (That was a big, important part of education back in those days.)
of 12: Examine the chalkboard that's at the front of the room to find that she was indeed teaching ancient Greek.
of 12: However, there's nothing about the Greek alphabet on the chalkboard.
of 12: But remember that these old chalkboards had two sides, and could be rotated from one side to the other.
of 12: That's what the two hand icons on either side of the chalkboard are for.
of 12: However, when you try using either one of them, Holmes will say that the screw is stuck.
of 12: Look around for something that'll loosen the screws.
of 12: Oil is often used for that purpose.
of 12: Check the kitchen to find a bottle of cooking oil on the small counter that's to the left of the stove.
of 12: Take the cooking oil and select it in inventory, then go click on both screws' hand icons.
of 12: You can then click on the chalkboard's new hand icon to rotate it.
of 12: That will reveal the Greek alphabet, and you can examine it to get Watson to note it down.
