How can I do the Z symbol?
1 of 3: From the N shape that you did before, rotate the left oar once so that it's "pointing" straight to the right.
2 of 3: Then rotate the right oar twice so that it provides the / part of the Z.
3 of 3: Now you need to click once on the middle oar's top circle (the one opposite its paddle) to get it to point straight to the left.
