The Testament of Sherlock Holmes Hints

How can I find out what the handcuffs' code is?

  • 1 of 11: Search around until you find something that looks promising.
  • 2 of 11: Check out what's on the table in the main room.
  • 3 of 11: There's a hand icon on a pipe and newspaper near one of the chairs.
  • 4 of 11: Click to get a close-up, then take the pipe so you can click on the newspaper.
  • 5 of 11: After it's added to your documents list, look around for something that its musical notes could be played on.
  • 6 of 11: After Watson plays a few notes, he'll realize that they're from Beethoven's 5th Symphony. Look around for something else related to that.
  • 7 of 11: There's a stack of music scores on the red chair that's in the back area.
  • 8 of 11: Click on them to get Watson to take the music for Beethoven's 5th Symphony, then look for a way to more closely examine the stain he notices on it.
  • 9 of 11: There's a microscope on the main room's table, so select the music score and go click on its hand icon.
  • 10 of 11: In the close-up view, click around on the stain until Watson notes that it's hiding an inscription, and that he needs a reagent to remove the stain.
  • 11 of 11: The three numbers that you uncover (3, 5, and 9) are the handcuffs' code.
