How can I get the cloth wet?

  • 1 of 11: Remember what you found it next to.
  • 2 of 11: Perhaps that big water reservoir still has some water in it.
  • 3 of 11: Climb back up there and click on the little window to open it.
  • 4 of 11: If you try to use the dry cloth on the window's hand icon, Watson will note that it's impossible to reach the water from there.
  • 5 of 11: You don't want to risk dropping the cloth into the reservoir, so look around for something you can use to draw some of its water up to you.
  • 6 of 11: Climb down and look along the base of the reservoir to find a bag that you can examine.
  • 7 of 11: Click on the bag after examining it to take a short length of rope.
  • 8 of 11: If you could find more rope and some sort of container to tie onto it, you could get some water out of the reservoir.
  • 9 of 11: Combine all three pieces of rope in inventory to make a longer rope, then combine that with the bottle.
  • 10 of 11: With that selected, go back up to where you can click on the reservoir's little window.
  • 11 of 11: That'll get some water in the bottle. Combine it with the dry cloth in inventory to get it wet.
