How can I fill out the Kurtz deduction board?
1 of 4: Examine hotspots until the Kurtz deduction board is created, then close it and keep checking things out.
2 of 4: As with the Knightsbridge deduction board, the next step is to get all the currently available left-side entries.
3 of 4: Once you get all six entries, bring up the deduction board and click on all of them to reveal their right-side clues.
4 of 4: Doing that will also bring up some "?" items for you to fill in. (Note that getting them all correct won't turn anything green, but it will get you a cut-scene.)
