1 of 3: If you came in through the secret grummite egg room, you'll need to use a push button in the wall to open up a secret wall segment so you can go through.
2 of 3: Whichever way you came in, make for the central corridor. (It's a bit to the west if you came in the regular door.)
3 of 3: Make your way north, fighting or sneaking past knights, until you reach the door to the Great Chamber.
