How does this "side quest" work?
1 of 5: Tell Relmyna to stop torturing her victims and free them.
2 of 5: If you emphatically command her to stop, she'll give you the chance to volunteer to suffer in their stead.
3 of 5: If you go through with it, she'll cast a spell on you that will damage several of your attributes if you're not immune to magic.
4 of 5: When you can move again, chase after her and talk to her about "Exalted Pain" to get the Manacles of Pain, which fortify Strength and Willpower, but drain Endurance and Intelligence.
5 of 5: As for your poor, damaged attributes, you should have some potions or spells in stock that'll restore them. If not, go use the altar in New Sheoth's Sacellum Arden-Sul temple.
