Obelisk Note
1 of 2: All of the obelisks were shut down right after "Retaking the Fringe" was finished, and are now supposedly reactivated.
2 of 2: However, if you visit an obelisk that you had already shut down, it'll look reactivated, but it won't be. The priest will still be dead, and the obelisk will still act as a treasure chest. (And no Knights of Order will be spawned.)
