1 of 2: When the queen comes at you with its mouth open and orange-looking, you have very little time to shoot the interior of the mouth before it grabs onto you and chomps you hard.
2 of 2: Do your best to avoid ever getting caught in the mouth, and use health packs to stay healed so that mouth attacks won't kill you.
