Singularity Hints
How can I get through the cistern and tunnels area?
1 of 7: Go to the end of the trench you're in and drop into the cistern.
2 of 7: Dive to the bottom of it for some E99 tech if you want to, then climb a series of three ladders to reach a hallway.
3 of 7: When you find a control panel, use its switch to raise the cistern's water level. (TIP: Look in a nearby padlocked locker for an ammo box.)
4 of 7: Go back the way you came and enter the water, then swim into the cistern and turn right.
5 of 7: Swim into the well-lit tunnel, and keep swimming along steadily until you make it to the other end and can surface for air.
6 of 7: Hop out of the water and use the lever on the control panel to open up another underwater tunnel. (TIP: Check for supplies past the wall hole before going back into the water.)
7 of 7: Swim through the newly opened tunnel to reach a room from which you can get back outside (if you can figure out how).
