How do I get this bundle of pipes out of my way?
1 of 2: Move up to it and see if anything happens.
2 of 2: Your targeting crosshairs will get the familiar "ageable" symbol on them, so use the TMD to age the pipes' straps. That'll cause them to roll out of the way.
