The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Reach the Temple of Miraak.
1 of 3: Use the World Map Exploration Guide if you need help reaching the temple, then go up all the stairs to reach the base of the structure that the cultists are building.
2 of 3: Turn left to find a wooden ramp you can go up, then go up the next two ramps to get onto the top of the structure's outer wall.
3 of 3: Drop down past the wall and move toward the big Tree Stone to finish this quest and get "The Temple of Miraak."
