1 of 2: If you're playing on the PC, it would greatly speed up your exploration of the Soul Cairn to increase your character's speed multiplier.
2 of 2: Use the console command player.setav speedmult 300 to triple your character's speed and really zoom around. You can set it back to its original value of 100 by using the same command, or by loading a save.
