Kill the Boneyard Keepers.
1 of 3: Now would be a good time to make a regular save and start exploring this immensely vast region.
2 of 3: If you didn't find and grind all three Keepers while exploring the region, make this quest active and follow the quest arrows to find the ones you didn't get.
3 of 3: Note that one of them is on a huge floating structure. Follow the quest arrow to it, then jump in the stone teleporter basin to get up to where you can kill the Keeper. After you do, keep climbing stairs until you find a teleporter basin that'll take you back down to the ground safely.
