Which secret should I choose to learn?
1 of 2: You can choose any secret you want now, and then change it later by reading the "Black Book: Filament and Filigree" that's in your inventory to come back here and choose a different one from the huge book. (Note that a hotspot to return to Solstheim comes up after you choose a secret.)
2 of 2: Each secret manifests itself as a power that you can use once a day to get a certain 30-second effect:
Strength => power attacks cost no stamina Arcana => spells cost no magicka Protection => half damage from all physical and most magical attacks
