Which Mora power should I choose?
1 of 2: You can choose any Mora power you want now, and then change it later by reading the "Black Book: The Hidden Twilight" that's in your inventory to come back here and choose a different one from the huge book. (Note that a hotspot to return to Solstheim comes up after you choose a power.)
2 of 2: Each Mora power manifests itself as a power that you can use once a day to get a certain effect:
Agony => creates a field of tentacles for 30 seconds that poisons enemies who enter it Grasp => targets are frozen for 30 seconds, and are immune to all damage Boon => fully restores your health, magicka, and stamina
