Talk to Storn.

  • 1 of 4: After Hermaeus Mora is through talking, you'll be able to aim a ways above each of the large book's three green circles to get prompts for Dragonborn Force, Dragonborn Flame, and Dragonborn Frost.
  • 2 of 4: After returning to Solstheim, talk to Neloth, then follow him outside. A dragon named Krosulhah will attack, and you'll want Neloth's help in killing it.
  • 3 of 4: After the dragon is killed, stand and watch while Miraak steals its soul away from you (if he does that), then go to the Skaal village and find Storn Crag-Strider near his hut.
  • 4 of 4: Talk to him about what Hermaeus Mora said to you, then go finish the "Cleansing the Stones" quest if you haven't already. Once that's done, talk to Storn again to get the next objective.
